Experience a dynamic fusion of fitness training and yoga. High-intensity interval training {HIIT} exercises will alternate with delicious yoga poses. Small hand weight and body-weight exercises will build strength, while cardio moves will build endurance. Each set of HIIT exercises will ease into a satisfying stretch, offering time to recover and prepare for the next round. Multiple variations will be offered to accommodate all levels of fitness…but those who want to work will surely be challenged.

JiJi has 15 years of experience teaching yoga and studying various other complementary and integrative health modalities. A constant seeker of optimal health, vitality, and joy, JiJi has completed training and professional certification in Integrative Nutrition, classical yoga, and stress management. JiJi utilizes the time- tested tools of proper breathing technique, sound nutrition, functional movement, easy yoga poses, writing, and reflection – each one a catalyst that can nurture greater health and well-being for the dedicated practitioner.
