Private* Lesson

$85 /60 minutes

Each session is customized based on individual needs of the client. Clients will receive a tailored program of yoga therapeutics, breath work, and mindfulness practices.

Private Lesson

$100 /90 minutes

Each session is customized based on individual needs of the client. Clients will receive a tailored program of yoga therapeutics, breath work, and mindfulness practices.

Semi-Private Lesson

$50 per person /60 minutes

Deepen a connection with yourself and up to two friends or work cohorts with a semi-private session that will focus on seasonal aspects of health & well-being. Sessions include therapeutic yoga, breath work, and mindfulness practices.

Multi-Session Package

$320-450 /4 session-6 session

Enjoy a discount when you order four or six private sessions at a time. Each session is customized based on individual needs of the client.

Intake Sessions

An initial, one-time Intake Session is scheduled prior to the first private yoga therapy session and includes: detailed personal history, discussion of current lifestyle & exercise, musculo-skeletal evaluation, other discussions on why you are there and what you may be struggling with, as well as initial recommendations for your personal wellness focus.
