Turiya Yoga + Wellness’s 6-week Foundations of Yoga Starter Series is designed as a simple introduction where one will learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, fun and engaging environment…Great for beginners or students that have not practiced for a while.  Students will learn and develop proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses, and methods for relaxation. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility to prepare them for our regular classes.

Notes::

  • Pre-registration is required for the session…COST $72 for 6-week series
    • Space is reserved for pre-registered students only- no drop ins
    • Class size is limited to 12 students
    • There are no substitutions or make up dates

Guiding You::Mindy van Seeters – The practice of yoga came into my life in 2005 after attending my first yoga class. I have been a consistent student ever since. YMindyoga has always been there for me as a dependable source of physical and mental guidance. I obtained my RYT 200 with Open Dimension Teacher training under the guidance of Denise Moore. I truly believe that Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, than you can practice Yoga and invite the endless opportunities for growth into your body and your mind.
