While practicing in a group setting has many benefits, including an opportunity to learn to listen to one’s own body as the “real teacher,” a one-on-one practice tailored to specific needs and limitations guides an individual to more intentionally develop this healing and nurturing relationship with his or her very unique body.

Private Lesson – 90 minutes

Semi-Private Lesson – 60 minutes

$50 per person 

Deepen a connection with yourself and up to two friends or work cohorts with a semi-private session that will focus on seasonal aspects of health & well-being. Sessions include therapeutic yoga, breath work, and mindfulness practices.

Multi-Session Package – 60 minutes

$320 – 4 session
