Stuart Hill will share two FREE Kundalini practices this summer. A Kundalini Yoga class consists of a warm-up, the main Kriya or set of Kriyas (a series of postures with specific breathing techniques, repetitive body movements (and stillness) and sometimes, chanted or sung sounds), period of Meditation, and a period of relaxation. Each class is quite different from other classes because the available Kriyas number in the thousands.
