Summertime Yoga HIIT with Anna
Experience a dynamic fusion of fitness training and yoga. High-intensity interval training {HIIT} exercises will alternate with delicious yoga poses. Small hand weight and body-weight exercises will build strength, while cardio moves will build endurance. Each set of HIIT exercises will ease into a satisfying stretch, offering time to recover and prepare for the next round.
