Join Dr. Martha Calihan and her team for a four-week series of physician-designed and mindfulness-based health intensives that will transform the way you eat, move, manage stress and participate in your wellbeing.
During our Five Stones Circle of Wellness winter health retreats, you will:
-Define your personal health goals and develop a plan to meet them.
-Find new ways to increase strength and flexibility through customized balanced movement.
-Learn the benefits of fresh, seasonal eating to optimize your body’s metabolism and wellbeing.
-Apply strategies to increase mindfulness in each of these areas.
These interactive sessions are held in a small group setting at Ballentine Farm in Waterford, Virginia, while ongoing support will be provided through our exclusive Facebook group.
Each Circle of Wellness represents a season of the year and spans one month, giving you the time and support to make significant progress on your goals.
Spring Circle begins on Saturday, April 11 from 9:30-1:15. We gather again each week for the next three Saturdays from 9:30-1:15. In between sessions, you will implement a personalized wellness program based on skills learned in the retreat sessions. This combination provides deep and transformational results that will last a lifetime.
