What if you could take a pause from the busyness of life to simply BE?
Retreating from the intense ways of modern-day life can be deeply healing. However, because we are so used to going and going, our mind cannot stop even when we DO take time for ourselves. This is the reason why we hardly ever get to slow down, relax, and allow the body to restore and repair. It can take great effort to move away from our old habitual patterns and for that reason, we invite you to journey into presence with us.
With the support of Mother Nature and the ancient practices of Yoga, we will allow ourselves to dive below the surface of our thoughts, emotions, and feelings. We will connect deeply with the source of who we are and gently untether from the chords that hold us to old behaviors and ways of living.
With the incredible power of this sacred land, its healing waters, and the nourishment of the practices, we will move towards a deep stillness that will
restore and renew YOUR body, mind, and spirit.
Our practices will include:
• Nourishing yoga movements and breath techniques to calm the mind and promote relaxation.
• Sitting and walking Meditations to experience ease.
• Mindful eating and conscious journaling to cultivate presence.
