Yoga Dance…Shake your Asana

A dance-yoga class that will combine yoga posture flows with energetic dance sequences, drawing from African and contemporary influences. With an emphasis on moving from the inside out, each class will include instruction in dance technique, movement-energy study practices, and flowing combinations that blur the line between dance and yoga. Participants should be free of major injuries and have a solid understanding of yoga poses. No dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to move freely and expressively.
