Yoga Nidra

What:  Conscious Deep Relaxation for Body + Mind.  Yoga  Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique. Practiced lying down resting in stillness.

Where:  Turiya Yoga + Wellness Studio

Why:  Yoga Nidra counters effects of general stress, traumas, dis-eases.

How:  Register, wear comfortable clothing, arrive a few minutes early to settle in for an extended, guided Savasana
